  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • For customers in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and fully functional.
  • All items must be in original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and tags included.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage, defect, or incorrect shipment so we can make it right.

  • The fastest way to get the right item is to return your current one and place a new order once we approve your return.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs
